AOP, Dyeing, Dyeing Finishing, Knitting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery.
∎ Report Plant head for all sorts technical issues related to Mechanical, Electrical, Power generation & utility services.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Submit annual budget for Mechanical, Electrical & Utility Dept.
∎ Evaluate performance of employees under Mechanical, Electrical & Utility Dept and submit recommendations to plant head.
∎ Co-ordinate with various dept & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Supervision of erection, commissioning of machinery.
∎ Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems arose from Mechanical, Electrical & Pneumatic system.
∎ Prepare & submit weekly / monthly report on preventive maintenance, emergency / breakdown maintenance, overhauling & other stoppage time for the plant & machinery.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in maintenance in any Textile industry
∎ Should have leadership quality
∎ Should be very technical in leading the department
