Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interpret & communicate HR Policies & Procedures
∎ Deal with Recruitment Process, Leave Management, Attendance monitoring, Salary Administration, Performance Appraisal & Organizational Development
∎ Responsible for looking after, implementing and following up all kinds of HR & Compliance issues in the Factory
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance issues
∎ Update Organogram, JD, KPI, Manpower planning, Budgeting, organizational structure time to time
∎ Conducting training/awareness/counseling in regular basis to monitor the workers’ health, safety and welfare issues.
∎ Prepare factory for facing different audit i.e. Social/ethical/environmental/technical/Security/QMS/ Accord/ Alliance audit.
∎ Prepare/updating policy/procedure/SOP for HR and compliance
∎ Maintain and renewal all necessary license/certificates/permits.
∎ Conducting internal HR and Compliance audit in regular basis based on internal checklist and follow- up/report to the management
∎ To ensure and implement buyers COC and requirement of applicable certification program/standard like WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI, ISO, FLO-Fairtrade, GOTS etc.
∎ Organize PC and EHS committee meeting.

∎ Proficiency in written and oral English and MS Office applications.
∎ Tremendous knowledge on Bangladesh Labor law 2006 & other applicable laws & rules
