Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining the schedule of machine maintenance from Garments & Textile department with power management
∎ To take the charge of electrical, mechanical, electronic & machine maintenance related functions of the company.
∎ To plan, organize & control all maintenance works
∎ To supervise all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively
∎ To maintain accurate & up to date records of factory maintenance
∎ Regularly review all working practices, procedures & equipment to ensure that they are most efficient & effective.
∎ Maintain and manage all types of machines with routine servicing/ check up in a cost effective way
∎ Need to pursue all electrical and mechanical works for operation and maintenance of power equipment like Sub- Station, AVR, ATS, Electrical panel board etc.
∎ Need to pursue operation and maintenance of Air Conditioner (AC), Fire Fighting system, CCTV System, Telephone System (PABX).
∎ To maintain audit related documents like ACCORD, Alliance and others for electrical safety, fire safety and building safety related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
∎ Required vast experience in Operation, Power Management & Textiles Machine Maintenance with garments machine maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in Power Equipment/Generator (Gas & Diesel), Boiler, Compressor.
∎ Should have knowledge on erection, commission, operation & maintenance regarding the boils, generator compressor, ETP, WTP, FDS, FPS, lighting system & lift, etc.
∎ Should have knowledge on Auto CAD drawing to prepare the machine and plumbing layout drawing according to M/C function, SLD for M/C, light, fan & others, SLD for earthing system.
∎ The candidates should have the capabilities to sort out any type of problems of production related machines
∎ Having good understanding of Rectifier, Inverter, PLC, Battery Bank, UPS and AC/DC Power supply system etc.
∎ Trouble shooting knowledge
∎ Able to maintain compliance related issues.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral English
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications
∎ Willing to stay near at factory premises.
∎ Applicants without required experience need not apply.
