Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ To lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
∎ Conduct interviews and contribute to the selection process.
∎ Handle employee relations matters with a fair and consistent approach, ensuring a positive work environment.
∎ Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, working towards resolution.
∎ To implement programs to enhance employee morale and teamwork.
∎ Manage the performance appraisal process, guiding managers and employees through goal-setting and evaluations.
∎ Provide coaching and support to address performance issues and foster professional growth.
∎ Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
∎ Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and deliver effective training programs.
∎ Support employees in their professional development and career growth.
∎ Facilitate training sessions or coordinate external training resources.
∎ Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes adhere to legal requirements.
∎ Provide guidance to management on HR-related compliance matters.
∎ Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
∎ Promote and embody the organization's values, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
∎ Organize team-building activities and events.
∎ Develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are compiled by all supervisors and employees.
∎ Conducting job analysis and job evaluations of employee.
∎ Create Departmental KPI.
∎ Standardize disciplinary action process.
∎ Ensuring that all employees records remain up to date with legal aspects being complied.
∎ Providing advice and council employee for motivation.
∎ Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR & Administrative systems and practices.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the top management from time to time.
