∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage IT Infrastructure & Network Security, Monitoring, troubleshoot issues and support.
∎ Manage IT Workplace (Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Business) Support, Security
∎ Manage technical operation, support, security and further development of Business Application / Systems (ERP and Automation systems)
∎ Liaise with ERP modules core-team and BPOs coordinate with the Consultants to resolve Functional & Technical issues (e.g., System malfunction due to software / hardware / network issues, System installation, configuration, manage user authorization matrix, data backup, restore and to maintain the System and its
∎ data security etc.,)
∎ Delivery lead in SAP implementation project.
∎ Lead the milestone phases of transformation - from Initiation -to- Go-live
∎ Guide and Support Core Team and Manage user training.
∎ End User Support Management
∎ Manage other Business / IT System's (eg., DMS, HRIS support, security and further development.
∎ Attendance System Operation & Support Management
∎ Manage Data Backup / Restoration.
∎ Maintain IT Asset register, inventory and transfer process
∎ IT Asset handover take over process maintenance on user onboarding, offboarding, transfer events.
∎ Manage IT Vendors Support & Service KPI as per SLA / AMC
∎ IT change management
∎ IT procurement support
∎ Business Continuity Plan & Disaster Recovery process establishment
∎ Manage local IT team collaborate with group IT
∎ Other tasks / job as assigned by Group IT/MIS HoD
