Job Context:
∎ Unitex Group is looking for a dynamic and creative professional for the position of Executive (A&F).
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Chattogram

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge of Accounting Software.
∎ Ensure proper entry in accounting software includes sales, Purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation & Preparation of debtors & creditors statements.
∎ Prepare Export sales statements by verifying documentation, data Accounts statements (Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly & yearly).
∎ To Check & Process Vouchers, Bills & Statements for payment with due approvals.
∎ Prepare & Process related documents of daily financial transactions for approval.
∎ To Record & Ensure on a daily basis accurate balancing of transactions in Books of Accounts.
∎ Maintain all Financial Documents and Files as directed and in an organized manner.
∎ Reconcile the sales statement master-file with the report export from Accounting software.
∎ Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for the Management Team.
∎ To Ensure strict confidentiality of company information and safety and security of financial and other documents.
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
