Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Having post-graduation in Human Resource Management or Public Administration/Management will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent leadership skills, General Administration, Human Resource Management, Problem solving and decision making, Strategic Planning, Team Building Skill, Time Management skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ceramics, Factory HR Administration, Garments Manufacturing, Human Resource Management

Job Context:
∎ The company is a market leader in Ceramics industry.
∎ The incumbent should be able to lead the overall human resource and administrative functions of a ceramic production unit for achieving the organizational goals. This position requires solid knowledge and hands-on experience in strategic Human Resource and Administrative activities. As a change agent he will accelerate overall transformation being aligned with production.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the daily Human Resource and administrative functions of the factory.
∎ Ensure proper HR Operations and functions of the organization i.e. recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and increment etc.
∎ Ensure compliance with various regulatory and certification authorities, including ISO, Labor Ministry, Ministry of Environment, etc.
∎ Protect Health and Safety of the employees by analyzing and eliminating hazards created by gravity, motion, mechanical, electrical, temperature, pressure, chemical, biological, radiation and so on.
∎ Investigate Health and Safety incidents, identify causes and take preventative steps for future.
∎ Inspect or evaluate workplace environment and practices to ensure compliance with safety standards as per set regulations.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
∎ Execute the support services like housekeeping, preventive maintenance, office stationery, utilities, rent and parking management etc.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the Unit.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all company vehicles and monitor all mode of transportation in and out of the factory.
∎ Effective liaison with local Govt. Authority, Law and order enforcing agencies as and when required;
∎ Expose to access control & time attendance system, firefighting system, evacuation procedure & emergency contacts.
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Human Resource & Administration issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 10 years of relevant work experience in garments or manufacturing sector (preferably in ceramics) out of which minimum of 2 years should be in similar position.
∎ Sound knowledge on Factory Administration, legal framework and other relevant issues.
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Demonstrate competency in strategic planning and development.
∎ Decision making and problem solving skills.
∎ Excellent leadership skills.
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills.
∎ Good communication skill both in written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office.
