Responsibilities & Context:
Review Rajuk, Architectural, Structural, and Perspective drawings to identify and rectify discrepancies by coordinating with respective departments.
Supervise all construction activities on-site to maintain expected quality standards.
Ensure contractors execute tasks as per the work schedule and provide necessary instructions.
Prepare monthly work plans, track achievements, and monitor daily progress.
Improve worker retention by providing training to enhance skills and ensure quality output.
Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate rates for site-related tasks.
Verify the quality of materials delivered and used at the construction site.
Ensure site safety and security for all workers.
Minimize material wastage through efficient execution.
Implement project branding and merchandising during construction.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
