Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant Must have knowledge garments accessories product.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the field of garments merchandising.
∎ Approved and follow up sales person & team.
∎ Monitoring daily work schedule.
∎ Work with Sales, Marketing Communications to adjust team bookings to achieve maximum productivity.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.Ensure that the Sales team effectively complete quotations, send contracts to customers and follow-up promptly, inviting customers etc.
∎ Setting annual national sales targets, formulating and implementing budget plans.
∎ Regular monitoring of the achievement of budget sales targets as per the approved budget.
∎ Achieving the set sales target and collection, evaluating the monthly performance of Sales and Distribution team as per sales.
∎ Manpower planning and team formation in order to reach the maximum potential market and coverage.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
