Additional Requirements:

- Candidate must have proper knowledge about Garments Accessories production & machine like Woven Label, Printed Label, Offset Items, Elastic, Drawstring, Poly, Carton, Gum Tape, Twill Tape etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Check all process correct SMV included in bulletin according to GSD.
- Participation to risk analysis and PP meeting to identify the risk of all new production.
- Improve SMV by process improvement\ innovation and update into GSD.
- Prepare production plan and setup line according to layout to optimize resources and efficiency.
- Follow-up workload of production and human utilization.
- Work with pre-production team to mitigate identified risk at the sample stage.
- Take skill test of Finishing according to evaluation procedure & update skill matrix.
- Save SMV by introducing new method development & innovation.
- Communicate with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions of any failure found it above processes.
- If any discrepancies happen need to inform top management to get action.
- Follow up the Supervisors Daily routine & their work actions.
- Perform plan problem solving & continuous improvement session weekly with the Team members.
- Maintain required MIS report. (Management Information System)
