∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Experience in reputed Oven Garments in Senior management level.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To be responsible for the overall implementation of buyer’s guideline for Production & Quality Control requirements for the factory.
∎ To follow up, monitor and supervise the SOP requirements of the entire factory from warehouse to shipment.
∎ Managing all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audits.
∎ Developing Quality SOP and Quality Manuals for good quality management.
∎ Taking initial interviews of quality inspectors & controllers
∎ You will have to train all quality inspectors and quality staffs about basic quality requirements, quality concepts and quality policies
∎ You will have to ensure machine adjust and machine oil control prior to enter the bulk production so that the product will have been produce in standard way
∎ You will follow up the safety matters such as Sharp tools, Needle control, and Metal detection, pull test & pin setting, etc.
∎ You will be responsible for performing internal audits for QMS & working with all department/ section heads/ In-charges for overall improvement.
∎ You will follow the Traffic Light system (TLS) quality control and will analysis the Defects per Hundred Units (DHU) and focus on Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
∎ Maintaining the quality related documentation, SOP’s, technical files & controlling documents.
∎ Analyze the gap in the existing system & discuss with related concern officials to maintain the QMS in the factory & continually develop the QMS system.
∎ Take necessary measures to keep the moisture of the products produced in the factory.
∎ Advise & guide the workforce to ensure the tidiness & cleanliness of the line and supervise accordingly.
∎ Ensure & maintain your presence in the office while the factory is running.
∎ Maintain effective communication and ensure your involvement with the Compliance Team and perform your role & responsibilities as per Buyers COC/Compliance SOP accordingly.
