Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan production schedules based on available orders and capacity.
∎ Ensure booked Standard Allowed Hours (SAH) align with capacity SAH.
∎ Allocate floor-wise available SAH based on capacity.
∎ Oversee production planning and control to meet delivery deadlines.
∎ Conduct demand forecasting and manage inventory levels.
∎ Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams.
∎ Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
∎ Lead and train the planning team for high performance.
∎ Prepare and analyze reports on production performance and inventory.
∎ Develop strategic plans and forecasts to support business goals.
