∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile
∎ Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce. This includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
∎ Processes new hiring requisitions efficiently in order to support timely the manpower needs of the organization.
∎ Utilizing the current manpower at its best and also prepare manpower budget for future demand.
∎ Establishes a succession planning system in which the management can promote internally to fulfill vacant positions
∎ Develops strong relationships with universities and their faculties to help recruit the best possible young graduating talent.
∎ Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs at all employee levels including basic education programs, new employee orientation, management development, etc.
∎ Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
∎ Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement.
∎ Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
∎ Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures as per law.
∎ Coaches and trains employees in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them.
∎ Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
∎ Monitors and advises employees in the progressive discipline system of the company.
∎ Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees.
∎ Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results for work performance assessment and salary increment.
∎ Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
∎ Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
∎ Leads competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
∎ Recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.
∎ Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
∎ Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations by develop or update and implement company's polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
∎ Maintains liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) like BGMEA,BKMEA,BEPZA, compliance auditors, BERC, fire & civil defense department, labor office, Environment office, local influences etc.
∎ Leads strategic Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
∎ Designs, directs, and manages a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues, such as succession planning, superior workforce development, analysis of Man Power Turnover with remedy, Preparation of employee job description & KPI, analysis of various motivational & entire floor management, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
∎ Identifies and monitors the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
∎ Communicates and coordinates various audit body (SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, ACCORD, ALLIANCE etc.) by providing supportive documents also accomplishes buyer's/ audit's corrective action plan and follow up regularly.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Any others job assigned by the management.

∎ Proven working experience as Sr. Manager/Asst. General Manager in Human Resource Management Department
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
