∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
∎ Experience in knitting and woven jackets will be given priority.
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in IE management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Exceptional problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and team-building skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and control the man-machine ratio status at every point in time.
∎ Keep a close eye on the company's cost-benefit analysis.
∎ Perform SMV calculation, consumption, line layout, line balancing, etc.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the operational team to achieve business goals.
∎ Coordinate with the Head of the project and align operations with company policies and strategic objectives.
∎ Initiate different types of training related to IE.
∎ Implement new IE tools and techniques to ensure higher efficiency.
∎ Prepare the necessary data driver presentation for the company development.
∎ Ensure per machine cost, calculate CPM and other issues related to cost effectiveness.
∎ Some other responsibilities as assigned by the management, as and when required.

∎ Habitus Fashion Limited, a signature destination under Fortis Group for the garment division, is looking for an experienced and proactive Departmental Head (Sr. Manager/Assistant General Manager) - IE to oversee the regular IE activities and contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic goal.
