∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall factory administration
∎ Ensure the safety and security of the factory
∎ Maintain a Healthy Working Environment.
∎ Confirm availability of security to factory premises
∎ Time to Time visit to the office floor & production floor
∎ Maintain and control Utility services and accommodation.
∎ Ensuring office cleanliness.
∎ Liaison with Govt. Law Enforcing Agencies and solving administrative disputes if any.
∎ Ensure approval and availability of Office stationery to the employees as per requirement.
∎ Ensure approval and availability of office furniture and equipment to the employees as per requirement.
∎ Approve requisition for various purposes within the given limit.
∎ Monitor the performance of the security team.
∎ Take necessary action (Servicing, repairing, maintenance, etc.) when any damaged/useless furniture/ equipment is identified. Plan, organize, direct and coordinate all activities of the company
∎ To Keep Update the All kinds of Certificates/Licenses of the Organization
∎ Ensure seating arrangements for new employees.
∎ Ensure effective Time Management of all employees.
∎ Ensure good interdepartmental relationships and support to all stake holders.
∎ Will have to handle left over shippable goods. Marketing, obtaining quotations and compile with competitive price for approval.
∎ Dispose off shippable goods.
∎ Maintain stock inventory size wise, style wise as provided from factory end.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
