Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after the maintenance functions of assigned areas of a highly sophisticated garments factory.
∎ Take the charges of maintenance functions of a garments factory delivering products to top-class customers in USA/ Europe and being responsible for the successful maintenance of machineries to meet the required quality of the apparels produced and delivered.
∎ Provide assistance to a team of personnel of the factory for smooth and uninterrupted performance of factory machinery.
∎ Making plan for the maintenance jobs of the factory to ensure that the necessary machines, equipment/electrical systems are ready and all the necessary measures are taken for the smooth performance of the factories.
∎ Make sure that the machines are adjusted; folders/ equipment are updated in accordance with the styles.
∎ Taking care of machines/ equipment and other maintenance functions to ensure that the production is no way hampered.
∎ Discuss with Technical/QC/ Industrial Engineering (IE) personnel to address the maintenance procedure and meet the quality requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 65 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted quality requirements/procedures and ensure that those requirements are met
