Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage the production functions (cutting/sewing/finishing) of a specific area of an exclusive Garments Manufacturing factory.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of apparel production in the designated area of the factory as per the buyer’s requirements and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Hold accountability for the garment's quality and follow necessary guidelines
∎ Collaborate with the Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing department
∎ Take ownership to achieve the goal and accomplish the job target.
∎ Develop production plans regularly and provide on-time delivery of garments.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the cutting inputs, trims & accessories are arranged beforehand.
∎ Ensure the operator’s productivity as per the IE requirements.
