Responsibilities & Context:
Garment & Textile Quality Inspection
Pre-Production Inspection (PPI)
During Production Inspection (DUPRO)
Inline, End-Line & Final Random Inspection (FRI/PSI)
Measurement (MD) verification
AQL-based sampling & quality control
Workmanship and defect classification
Packaging, assortment & labeling verification
Preparing comprehensive English inspection reports
Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA Implementation
Conduct factory-level RCA audits
Identify root causes related to process, production and measurement issues
Use structured RCA tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Flow Chart)
Prepare Corrective & Preventive Action Plans (CAPA)
Follow up CAPA implementation with suppliers
Present RCA findings to international clients
Support RCA service pricing justification
