∎ Strong command of HR tools, practices, and compliance issues.

∎ Analyse and plan manning requirements to support business growth and operational efficiency.
∎ Conduct structured Performance Appraisal processes to assess and enhance employee performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
∎ Maintain harmonious employee relations and handle grievance procedures.
∎ Supervise general administration functions including office management, safety, and compliance.
