∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in HRM.
∎ PGD in HRM.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
∎ Excellent understanding of HR best practices and labor laws in Bangladesh.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
∎ Strong command of HR tools, practices, and compliance issues.
∎ Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee all HR and administrative operations in alignment with company objectives.
∎ Develop and implement KPI-based performance management systems across departments.
∎ Design and execute effective Succession Planning strategies to ensure organizational continuity.
∎ Analyse and plan manning requirements to support business growth and operational efficiency.
∎ Conduct structured Performance Appraisal processes to assess and enhance employee performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
∎ Maintain harmonious employee relations and handle grievance procedures.
∎ Supervise general administration functions including office management, safety, and compliance.
