Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.

  • B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) will be preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and execute production planning for knit garments from order confirmation to shipment.

  • Analyze order capacity, line loading, and manpower planning to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, sewing, finishing, and IE teams for smooth production flow.

  • Analyze SMV, productivity, and efficiency; identify gaps and propose improvement plans.

  • Monitor daily, hourly, and shift-wise production performance against planned targets.

  • Prepare cutting, sewing, and finishing plans in alignment with shipment schedules.

  • Identify risks related to fabric, accessories, capacity, or delivery and take preventive actions.

  • Track WIP status and ensure balanced production across all processes.

  • Prepare daily production reports and monthly planning, efficiency, and variance analysis reports for management.

  • Support manpower and machine planning and ensure proper utilization.

  • Assist in performance evaluation of production staff and operators.

  • Coordinate training initiatives to improve operator efficiency where required.

  • Ensure compliance with company planning policies and standards.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
