∎ Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives at the retail level.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
∎ Work closely with the sales teams and retailers to understand market needs and develop tailored marketing solutions.
∎ Provide support in the creation of sales collateral, promotional materials, and product training programs for the trade channel.
∎ Effectively manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
∎ Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget utilization and ROI.
∎ Foster strong communication and collaboration with product development, brand management, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of trade marketing initiatives with overall brand strategy.
∎ Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights into market trends, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
∎ Prepare regular reports and presentations for key stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Executive/Executive – Marketing (Trade) focus on trade marketing to join our growing team. The role will work closely with the Marketing Head to develop the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories. Key responsibilities will involve shaping and implementing marketing strategies that enhance sales and elevate brand visibility within the trade channel. This position requires a creative and analytical mindset, with a focus on understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to develop effective trade marketing plans.
