  • Should have experience of working in similar job role (Land, Legal & Regulatory Affairs) in group of companies.      

  • A solid understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures, including land acquisition, property law, and contract law.     

  • Experience in interacting with Govt. regulatory agencies.      

  • Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations relevant to land use and development.       

  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.        

  • A strong commitment to ethical principles.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including contracts and agreements.

  • Land purchasing, relevant document vetting, Land registration, Mutation, handling of disputes related to land and Land Development.

  • Handling legal disputes, negotiating settlements, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

  • Preparing and submitting regulatory filings, applications, and reports.

  • Land acquisition, property management, and related legal and regulatory processes.

  • Negotiating with landowners, community members, and other stakeholders.

  • Adapt to changing regulatory affairs and handle unexpected situations.

  • Identify potential legal risks and advise on strategies to minimize exposure.

  • Support in litigation matters, ensuring efficient and cost-effective handling of disputes.

  • Develop data based management system for Land assets.

  • Maintain and archive legal documents, files, and reports.

  • Be aware of changes of land related laws, regulations, and guidelines, and advise on implementation.

  • Offer day-to-day legal guidance to various departments within the organization.

  • Manage land-related matters, including registration, mutation, and resolving land disputes.

  • Act as a primary point of contact with relevant regulatory authorities.

  • Prepare and submit documents required for registration, approvals, and renewals of licenses and permits.

  • Track and report on regulatory changes and their impact on the organization.

  • Identify and resolve legal and regulatory issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Provide legal and regulatory support for various projects and initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
