∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate the different development and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling).
∎ Provide support to Implementation partner to Design, Customize, Configure and Testing of FI/CO modules.
∎ Document test cases and results.
∎ Financial Result Analysis with Respect to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounts, Fixed Assets & Product Costing.
∎ Day-to-day user support requirement.
∎ FICO module all Master data creation & maintenance knowledge required.
∎ Procure to payment full cycle knowledge.
∎ Order to cash full cycle knowledge.
∎ Bank payment and received with Cheque management process knowledge required.
∎ Assets accounting full process details knowledge required.
∎ Intercompany Accounting details knowledge is required.
∎ Bank Reconciliation clear idea.
∎ Experience and understanding of Tax & VAT.
∎ Month End Activity clear Knowledge.
∎ Year End Activity clear Knowledge.
∎ Monthly Financial Statement preparation.
∎ Service business operation & Knowledge.
∎ Customized error management knowledge.
∎ Identify gaps, and issues and work around solutions.
∎ Act as liaison with the business for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
∎ Act as a liaison between the business functions and the Implementation partner.
∎ Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required and circulates the training manuals.
∎ Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Area of Experience: SAP FICO & Module Integration knowledge required
∎ Area of Business: Hospitality, Service and Manufacturing.
∎ CA partly qualified will be preferable
∎ Good understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Profit centre accounting, Cost centre accounting, Cost Element Accounting and Product costing.
∎ Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP and PS.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
