∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ University of Dhaka,North South University,BRAC University,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Critical Thinking, Problem solving capacity, Project Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform recruitment & selection process that includes job advertisement, CV screening, schedule job interview, contact candidates as needed, competitive exam process, and conduct employee onboarding process.
∎ Manages the talent acquisition and retention process and collaborates with department heads to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
∎ Conduct background checks, reference checks, and verify identity before confirming employment of the candidate.
∎ Perform day-to-day HR operations as well as periodical and special assignments.
∎ Maintain and update the employee's personal file.
∎ Maintain all kinds of leave records in the system.
∎ Capable of handling payroll management system.
∎ Resolve employees’ grievances, and stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Ensure logistic & administrative support to increase productivity.
∎ Attendance and Database Management.
∎ Follow strongly and implement the company’s policies and laws.
∎ Prepare various project proposals on organizational development activity/ tools and take approval from management for implementation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Area of Experience: HRM
∎ Area of Business: Facilities/Hospitality Management
∎ Candidates having experience in the HR Department of the Hotel industry will get high preference.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written English & Bengali.
∎ Strong negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills.
∎ Well-conversant in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and email communication.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Modern HR Practice
∎ People Management and analytical skills
∎ Ability to use Excel to provide ad hoc information from the human resource/payroll system.
