Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all cleaning, landscaping, façade cleaning, and pest control operations meet and exceed established standards for cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to Housekeeping Supervisors, overseeing their daily activities, and performance to ensure efficient and effective operations.
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in the use of cleaning chemicals, deep cleaning techniques, and the operation of machinery and equipment used in the housekeeping industry.
∎ Conduct thorough and routine inspections of facilities to identify areas that require cleaning, maintenance, façade cleaning, or pest control, and ensure timely resolution.
∎ Collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors to plan and execute cleaning, landscaping, façade cleaning, and pest control activities efficiently and in accordance with best practices.
∎ Prepare duty schedules for cleaning staff, optimizing work assignments to meet operational demands and ensuring that all areas receive adequate attention.
∎ Maintain accurate daily and monthly attendance records, track leave requests, and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet service demands.
∎ Assist in the development and execution of training programs for housekeeping staff, focusing on skill enhancement, safety procedures, and the use of specialized equipment.
∎ Manage inventory, including cleaning supplies and equipment, to ensure proper stock levels and cost-effective procurement, helping to control operational costs.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all inspection findings, work orders, and training calendars to ensure proper record-keeping and traceability.
∎ Foster positive relationships with clients, address their inquiries and concerns promptly, and provide regular updates on the status of cleaning and maintenance activities.
∎ Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing the results of inspections, operational performance, achievements, and areas for improvement, providing insights for ongoing enhancement.
∎ Ensure that all cleaning and maintenance operations adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, and implement necessary measures to maintain compliance.
∎ Proactively identify and address operational issues, implementing solutions and improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors to effectively allocate resources, including staff and equipment, to meet operational goals and maintain high service standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Area of Experience (if any): Cleaning/Housekeeping and Facilities Management Service
∎ Proven experience in Cleaning/Housekeeping and facility management.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Knowledge of cleaning and pest control techniques and equipment.
∎ Understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
∎ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
