∎ Applicants must have more than 8 years of experience in chicken and beef processing, as well as in the further processing industry.
∎ In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and compliance systems such as HALAL, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and ISO 22000:2018.
∎ Strong understanding of quality assurance techniques and root cause analysis.
∎ Proficient in audit procedures and report writing.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control activities.
∎ Prepare manufacturing instructions and specifications for raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
∎ Conduct regular internal quality audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
∎ Manage and analyze market-returned products, identifying root causes and recommending preventive measures.
∎ Maintain effective traceability of products throughout the supply chain and ensure readiness for product recalls.
∎ Monitor risk management practices including pest control, product integrity, and hygiene across production units.
∎ Ensure all frozen food items meet company and regulatory quality standards at every production stage.
∎ Conduct supplier audits based on risk analysis to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
∎ Handle customer complaints, initiate investigations, and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments with the support of internal and external service providers.
∎ Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in storage and production areas.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager – Quality Control to join our team at the Habiganj Factory.

∎ A fixed hardship allowance of BDT 3,700 will be provided.
