Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchisees for Q Bistro in Sylhet and surrounding areas.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and franchise growth for Q Bistro.
∎ Ensure that franchisees uphold the Q Bistro brand standards, including quality control and customer service.
∎ Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and create promotional strategies for new franchise locations.
∎ Work closely with internal teams, such as Head Office, sales and marketing, to align franchise marketing efforts with broader company goals.
∎ Provide direction and support to franchise partners to ensure smooth operations and business success.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align franchise marketing efforts with overall company goals.

As a concern of Quality Feeds Limited, QIL also operates Q Bistro, a popular fast-food chain specializing in chicken-based items, is looking for a motivated and experienced franchise marketing officer to drive the brand’s growth through its franchise operations. As a Franchise Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, creating marketing strategies, and overseeing the performance of Q Bistro franchises. The role involves ensuring that all franchise operations maintain the company’s high-quality standards and continue to build the Q Bistro brand within the area.
