Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Food Nutrition.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sampling & Microbiological analysis of raw material & finished products.
∎ Microbiological analysis of Water & Ice.
∎ Microbiological test for environmental monitoring & Swab test
∎ Chemical Test of Water
∎ Documentation of all Microbiological test report.
∎ To review Microbiological specification, standard operating procedure (SOP) test method.
∎ To perform operation, calibration and validation of Microbiological instruments.
∎ To Prepare and preserve media as per compendia.
∎ To oversee the overall quality and safety of company's product.
∎ Proper checking of market return products & ensure corrective measures.
∎ Maintaining the Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).
∎ Developing quality control plans by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures.
∎ Establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.
∎ Checking and improving quality control procedures and ensuring product safety & quality from the raw material stage to the finished products.
∎ To ensure the products quality parameters as per specifications.
∎ To maintain all kind of documents related to quality control department.
∎ To face all kind of Audit, Visitors & Suppliers.
∎ To train up employees as per requirements
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 or 3 years of Food Processing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food Production, Operation, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control.

Salary: Negotiable
