Diploma or Certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Animal/Plant Breeding

• Age 25 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Hands-on experience in refrigeration systems related to freezer vans or cold chain logistics.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair refrigeration units (Thermo King, Carrier, or equivalent).

• Understanding of safety standards and environmental regulations related to refrigerant gases.

• Additional certifications in handling refrigerants or HVAC systems (e.g., EPA, F-Gas) will be an added advantage.

• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

As part of our dedication to operational excellence, we are seeking a skilled Freezer Van Technician to join our technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration units installed in freezer vans (including Thermo King, Carrier, or similar systems).

• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues such as refrigerant leaks, faulty components, or electrical problems.

• Maintain and service diesel engine systems powering refrigeration units.

• Ensure proper calibration of temperature control systems.

• Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently.

• Maintain service logs, inspection reports, and maintenance records.

• Coordinate with fleet managers and drivers for van availability and repair schedules.

• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations related to refrigerants and equipment handling.

• Recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance system performance.
