∎ Graduation in EEE/Electrical/CSE (Preferred) from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage IT Infrastructure & Network Security, Monitoring, troubleshoot issues and support.
∎ Manage IT Workplace & Productivity Application support (Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Business) and User Support Management.
∎ Manage support, security, and further development of Business IT Systems (ERP and other Automation systems).
∎ Ensure Data Backup /Restoration.
∎ Maintain IT Asset register and transfer process, IT Asset handover - take over process.
∎ Manage IT Vendors Support & Service KPI as per SLA / AMC. IT procurement support.
∎ Ensure support for Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery process establishment.
∎ Implement IT standards and IT Policy, SOP under group IT guideline.
∎ Hardware Troubleshoot & Support (Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Switch, Router, Camera etc.,)
∎ Connectivity, Wi-Fi network and Camera functionality monitoring and maintenance support
∎ User provisioning in MS Active Directory and AD maintenance.
∎ Capable to ensure Project-Coordinator role for SAP project management
∎ Capable to ensure support in SAP BASIS operation
∎ Other tasks / job as assigned by head of the department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having minimum of 6-7 years of hands-on experience in similar position.
∎ Experience in IT project management and IT infrastructure management across.
