• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• 05 to 10 years (Preferably with TARGET USA)

• Have the working experience with reputed Knit factory and capable of handling finishing target of 50 thousand (+) pieces per day.

• Able to training worker/ staff on SOP/ QMS/ Compliance and on different motivational topics·       Able to generate weekly, monthly, half yearly & yearly KPI report and performance to the Top Management & make improvement plan and also convey require reports demands by customers.

• Making Manufacturing Control Plan (MCP)

• Making Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

• Historical Data Analysis (Quality Performance Data)

• Risk Point Assessment Report (Potential risk for upcoming style)

• Defect and Rejection Analysis to find the root cause analysis (ongoing project)

• TPM Project analysis (Ongoing project)

• Work with the team on the Helper Reduction Project (Ongoing project)

• TPR Documents Ready for TPR Meeting.

• Traceability audit conduct

• Mold audit conduct

• MCP Validation audit

• Operation Bulletin Validation audit

• Work with the team for the internal audit or self-assessment conduct.

• Collaborated as part of a team to prepare technical audit documentation.

• Work as a team for the RM-QAFA(Textile) audit checklist documents, compiling, organizing, and verifying technical documents for audit readiness

• Worked as part of a cross-functional team to develop and finalize the QAFA (Garments) audit checklist, prepared and verified technical documentation to meet audit standards, and ensured organizational readiness.
