Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): construction project Management, Supervision

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to Act as the main technical supervisor on all the construction sites.
∎ Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
∎ Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
∎ Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
∎ Involvement with multiple consultants & contractors for bringing about optimum utilization of resources-labor, materials, plant/equipment & ensuring their procurement at most cost-effective terms.
∎ Must be capable to prepare BOQ for construction works.
∎ Capable to submit written daily/weekly Progress Report of the Project to the Authority as per the necessity and/or as per advice of the Management.
∎ To follow the Construction schedule & provide daily Progress report upon daily activities.
