• Have the working experience with reputed Knit factory and capable of handling finishing target of 50 thousand (+) pieces per day.
• Able to training worker/ staff on SOP/ QMS/ Compliance and on different motivational topics
• Able to generate weekly, monthly, half yearly & yearly KPI report and performance to the Top Management & make improvement plan
• Ready to work under the pressure
• Stay close to the factory

• Monitor finishing process and material management & ensure daily finishing production with appropriate quality;

• Communicate with Stores, sewing & merchandising teams for any kind of relevant & delivery issues;

• Maintain Daily output finishing & packing, record. Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections;

• Identify bottlenecks and improve finishing line efficiency;

• Maintain quality standards through QMS and oversee bulk approvals.

• Implement 5S/6S, ensure ERP data accuracy, and support lean initiatives

• Ensure goods are ready for shipment as per delivery schedule;

• Increase factory efficiency and productivity.

• Handle buyer final inspection, sample sealing, and documentation follow-up;

• Implement and enforce buyer quality standards and internal SOPs

• Lead a team of supervisors, operators, helpers, and quality inspectors.

• Enforce discipline, safety, and compliance on the production floor.

• Any additional tasks that upper management assigns.
