∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Food Technology/Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry or Applied chemistry or Biochemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology
∎ Skills Required: FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive (Quality Control), He should have Minimum 5 Years Experience in production Unit of any Food Industry/Bakery.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Perform IPQC during manufacturing & production.
∎ To Ensure quality & quantity of raw material receiving from store and prior batch preparation/mixing. To Ensure & Monitor the cleaning & hygiene condition in mixing unit and sugar processing units as per GMP guideline.
∎ To maintain overall process quality validation & verification, Documentation system implementation, Raw materials verification during production, QA clearance of finished goods safety related works, Quality test of products.
∎ To maintain knowledge of GLP, GHP, GMP, 5s, HACCP, ISO, BSTI etc.

∎ Age at least 30 years
