∎ Bachelor/Master Degree in Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist team of Packaging Machine Operators and Mechanics to execute the production plan, ensuring total compliance with all departmental, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.
∎ Forecast monthly production of existing product with maintaining the buffer stock of finished goods.
∎ Maintain Inventory accuracy.
∎ Assisting manufacturing activities during the designated shift by leading and motivating shift employees in all areas including safety, efficiency, loss management, quality, and continuous improvement
∎ Develop and evolve production management strategy to promote supply chain visibility throughout the company.
∎ Developing, improving and customizing products, equipment, formulas, processes, and analytical methods;
∎ Participating in the development of the annual manufacturing budget and controlling fixed and variable cost expenditures.
