Job Context:
∎ Purpose: To oversee sales in North Bengal area
∎ Job Location: North Bengal

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main role of this position holder is to have the capability to establish and execute a sales goal for the North Bengal area and generate revenue.
∎ Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement the monthly sales target through comprehensive drive.
∎ Prepare weekly action plans and perform accordingly as per plan and update the management.
∎ Creating Dealers, Distributors, sales partners, local market retailers establishing with target achieving methodology.
∎ Handle and manage key customers by regular visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to the management.
∎ Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
∎ Assisting sales team for improving their product knowledge and professional skill.
∎ Ensure necessary communication upward (management) and downward (Sales Officer/ Distributor/Dealer/ Key Retails).

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
