∎ Diploma/ BSc in Engineering (IPE/ Polymer Science)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational Responsibilities:
∎ Production work conduct as per production plan
∎ Pre-production meeting conduct with supervisor.
∎ Coordination with store & distribution for smooth delivery.
∎ Coordination with Machine & Mold maintenance department for smooth operations.
∎ Preparation production report and send to all concern.
∎ Monitoring machine parameter.
∎ Monitoring workers attendance and its proper utilization.
∎ Follow up cleanness and housekeeping.
∎ Supervisory/ People Management Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the production team and guiding them toward achieving the target.
∎ Team Learning & Development:
∎ Guide, Train and groom up the production team e.g standard operating procedure guideline, wastage reduce training and safety training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in multinational or reputed local companies
∎ People handling, Production monitoring and ensuring delivery of quality product within schedule time.
