Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Textile / Industrial/ Production Engineering/MA from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be knowledgeable on Jacket production and will be assigned for 14 line to ensure smooth planning.
∎ Time to time follow-up 14 lines planning and its smooth execution.
∎ Ensure on time shipment & confirm style closing report.
∎ Analysis the planning and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Any other task assigned by management
∎ Target fixing based on capacity factor & efficiency or other parameters
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning while ensuring cost reduction & increase the profitability
∎ Pre-production schedule & PPM arrangement
∎ Monitor production target of the line wise production plan
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 07 to 08 years of experience in Jacket production.
∎ Candidate must have capability to handle 14 line Jacket productions.
∎ Preferences will be given to those Candidates who have experience in jacket product of various customers like: vf Asia, C&A, KIABI, H&M, Columbia and others.
∎ Must have knowledge on computer applications, ERP and Fast React software-based planning
∎ Should be sincere, hardworking, self-motivated & result oriented
∎ Should possess excellent analytical skills
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Bonus yearly two times, Lunch, Transport and mobile bill will be given as per company rules.
