Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are looking for experienced and passionate Sr. Executive - IT who has practical experience in Manufacture Industry.
Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary System Administrator for the Company ERP system (Enterprise/Community)
- Manage all ERP modules, with a strong focus on Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting.
- Handle user account management, security roles, and access permissions.
- Customize and configure ERP workflows, forms, and reports to meet specific business needs without heavy coding.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve all ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
- Train end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
- Liaise with external ERP partners or consultants for advanced customization and high-level support.
- Perform regular system monitoring, data backups, and performance tuning for ERP
- Manage and maintain all company IT infrastructure, including servers (Windows/Linux), networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall, VPN), and PABX.
- Provide comprehensive helpdesk support to all employees for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners) and software issues.
- Ensure network security, data protection, and disaster recovery plans are in place and effective.
- Manage IT asset inventory, procurement of new hardware/software, and vendor relationships.
- Support other business-critical applications and IT-related projects as required in a manufacturing environment.
