Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: JMG International is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Chief Sales Officer / Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading overall sales and marketing operations, including dealer network management, showroom sales, and in-house sales performance across Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.

  • Lead and manage nationwide dealer and showroom sales operations.

  • Oversee all in-house sales activities, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular sales reports.

  • Set sales targets for showrooms and dealer networks and ensure proper execution.

  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team for high performance.

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards across all sales channels.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

  • Maintain competitive market intelligence and suggest business improvements.
