Experience Requirements: Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing. Must have experience in furniture industry or similar sector (preferred). Strong experience in managing dealer networks and showroom operations. Proven leadership experience in a managerial or senior sales role.

Job Context: JMG International is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Chief Sales Officer / Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading overall sales and marketing operations, including dealer network management, showroom sales, and in-house sales performance across Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
Lead and manage nationwide dealer and showroom sales operations.
Oversee all in-house sales activities, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular sales reports.
Set sales targets for showrooms and dealer networks and ensure proper execution.
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
Design and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team for high performance.
Ensure excellent customer service standards across all sales channels.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Maintain competitive market intelligence and suggest business improvements.
