  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing.

  • Experience in furniture manufacturing or related industry will be given preference.

  • Strong knowledge of vendor management and inventory control systems.

  • Additional Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Basic knowledge of supply chain software/ERP will be an advantage.

JMG International is looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented professional for the position of Supply Chain / Purchase Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations for furniture manufacturing and showroom requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute procurement activities for raw materials, accessories, and other operational needs.

  • Source reliable vendors and negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms.

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate their performance regularly.

  • Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production.

  • Prepare purchase orders, maintain records, and monitor inventory levels.

  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and accounts departments for smooth operations.

  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.

  • Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

  • Maintain proper documentation of all purchase and supply chain activities.

  • Assist in developing efficient supply chain strategies.

  • Handle any supply-related issues and resolve them promptly.
