∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) of experience on relevant position in a 100% export oriented RMG industry.
∎ Education Requirement: BSC in Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze production processes and develop efficient workflow plans to meet targets.
∎ Prepare line layouts, manpower allocation, and machine planning for optimal productivity.
∎ Set SMV (Standard Minute Value) and monitor production efficiency (SAH, Efficiency%).
∎ Conduct time studies and implement Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen techniques.
∎ Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to reduce wastage and downtime.
∎ Ensure compliance with industrial engineering best practices and buyer requirements
