∎ 10+ years of QC/QA experience in 100% export oriented garments manufacturing
∎ In-depth knowledge of quality standards (AQL 2.5/4.0), garment measurements, and testing protocols.
∎ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
∎
∎ 10+ years of QC/QA experience in 100% export oriented garments manufacturing

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all quality control processes from cutting to finishing to ensure products meet buyer standards (AQL levels).
∎ Develop and implement quality assurance policies, SOPs, and inspection guidelines.
∎ Conduct pre-production meetings to clarify quality requirements with production teams.
∎ Train QC inspectors and production staff on quality standards and defect prevention.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandisers, buyers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
∎ Monitor testing reports (fabric, trims, garments) from labs and ensure compliance.
∎ Conduct final inspections.
