Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design/Textile Design or related field.
∎ 2+ years of experience in fashion design (preferably in an export-oriented garment factory).
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
∎ Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
∎ Knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and pattern making.
∎ Understanding of buyer-specific design requirements and market trends.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and trims for upcoming seasons.
∎ Create innovative designs, sketches, and tech packs for knit garments.
∎ Develop mood boards, concept presentations, and sample collections for buyers.
∎ Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
∎ Oversee sample development and provide feedback for improvements.
∎ Work closely with buyers to align designs with their requirements.
∎ Ensure designs meet quality, fit, and compliance standards.
