Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • 2+ years of experience in Bulk Recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.  
  • Post Graduation from any reputed public / private university will be added as an advantage.
  • Experience in Telecommunications, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile industry.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including internal sourcing, posting online advertisement, CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates. 

  • Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring teams. 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and team dynamics. 

  • Prepare advertisements for the vacant position, and circulate them in different media (e.g. job portals, social media).

  • Maintain liaison with various universities, training institutes, head hunters, and online job portals and support employer branding-related tasks. 

  • Foster diversity in the hiring process and ensure an inclusive candidate experience.

  • Ensuring formalities for proper induction and on-boarding of new employees. 

  • Preparations of HR analytical reports on employee attrition, recruitment on monthly basis.

  • Maintain disciplinary action procedures, handling of any complaints and grievances to establish good employee relation.

  • Conduct employee engagement activities basis in view of motivating employees and fostering positive work environment.
