Job Context:
∎ Mir Telecom Limited is the first International Gateway Operator of Bangladesh and came into operation on 21st August 2008 after being awarded the International Gateway (IGW) License by Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC). The other concerns of Mir Telecom Group are Bangla Telecom Limited, a leading ICX operator, Coloasia Limited, a leading Data Center & Cloud Service Provider and BTS Communications (BD) Limited, a nationwide ISP operator, all licensed by BTRC.
∎ Currently we are looking for an experienced & dynamic person for a HR and admin. role, who will report directly to the reporting supervisor. Must be experienced in the HR, administrative role, having a good skill in English, MS office (Computer skilled) & who has clear career path with set of management skill.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Manpower planning, recruitment, Selection, Joining, orientation, Transfer Order, placement training & Counseling, orientation program etc.
∎ Conduct various Interview arrangement such as CV sorting, Candidates phone calls, e-mailing, prepare CV summary & so on.
∎ Prepare JD for existing and new employees in alignment with a business goal.
∎ Conduct performance appraisals for all employees half yearly & annually.
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet & coordinating and ensuring payroll Management being aligned with other departments.
∎ Develop day-to-day HR policies, practices, and other interdepartmental SOPs.
∎ Monitor daily attendance, Leave, Absent, Late, Early Leave etc.
∎ Conduct final settlement preparation as per Law.
∎ Draft various forms, office orders, circulars, Letters (termination letter, warning letter, transfer letter etc.)
∎ Handle Employee Grievance Management.
∎ Cooperate with all departments for smooth operation.
∎ Assist to training arrangements in-house and out site office whenever needed.
∎ Maintain personal file, Leave register, Final settlement with any other HR-related activities.
∎ Ensure Labor Law related practices for the Company.
∎ Ensure healthy workplace, safety, hygiene, and environment.
∎ Maintain relations and discipline within the organization among all staff and Technicians.
∎ Any other job will be assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006 & code of conduct.
∎ Strong communication abilities in Bengali and English both oral and written.
∎ Computer literacy is a must specially in office package.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
