• Bachelor’s / Master's Degree from any reputed university

• 2-4 years experience in a real estate/ site scouting field

• Experience in effective negotiation

• Good analytical ability and persuasion skills

• Frequent travel to different areas/Cities as needed

• Good grasp of legal documentation related to land/space acquisition

The Site Acquisition Executive’s major responsibility is to scout for facilities for hubs and distribution houses, coordinating with land lords and regulatory associations, ensuring documentation regarding the facility or site.

• Directing and overseeing building acquisitions, leasing and site locations required to set up new facility or hub.

• Acting as a point of contact for the space owner, govt. regulatory organization and the Management

• Preparing and submitting of application and agreement to the landlord

• Managing and working closely with service owners and contractors/vendors/ municipalities/ owners to finalize the location and fulfill the necessary contractual obligations.

• Ensuring detailed documentation of the site acquisition which includes the lease agreements and permits. Handover all services/sites/documents to Finance & Accounts to continually carry out the remaining works/processes.
