Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, ETE
∎ CCNA / MTCNA will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure software and hardware and regular monitoring system for smooth operations.
∎ Set up and monitor the server and storage functions and system infrastructure.
∎ Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
∎ Communicate with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Time to time system health checkup, Investigating, diagnosing and solving all IT related equipment faults and resolve accordingly.
∎ Manage and troubleshooting for CCTV surveillance.
∎ Provide IT supports to user end IT assets and conduct IT training.
∎ In-depth knowledge and ability to manage and maintain Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Scanner, Projector, finger access control devices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 02-05 years proven experience in IT support and network administration or similar role.
∎ Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
∎ Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Able to work under stress.
Salary:
∎ Salary: Negotiable (as per competencies & company policy)
