∎ Experience in production, floor management, and planning.
∎ Knowledge of IE and planning tools and techniques.
∎ Strong analytical and leadership skills.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Line Balancing and production monitoring.
∎ Analyze the garment for each and every operation and define the method and allocate time value for each operation.
∎ Analyzing garments to reduce labor costs and improve methods.
∎ Machine allocation according to the operation sequence.
∎ Making daily and weekly plans for cutting, sewing, and other production tasks.
∎ Study the sample and operation breakdown and allocate the manpower based on each operation and the workers’ skill inventory.
∎ Identify bottle neck operations and individual capacity in each operation.
∎ Cross check the actual time taken comparing with given SMVs.
∎ Increase productivity and efficiency through Method Study, Motion study, Time study, Line balancing.
