Strong understanding of Bangladesh`s export regulations and cash incentive policies.
Expertise in export documentation and procedures, including customs clearance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve cash incentive related discrepancies.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments within the company.
Responsibilities & Context:
Northern Corporation Limited, a reputed company, manufacturing garments for world class global brands is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Senior Executive/Executive, Commercial (Cash Incentive).
Accurately calculate cash incentives based on export invoices, export declarations, and government guidelines.
Analyze export data to identify potential incentive opportunities and optimize claims.
Maintain detailed records of all export shipments for cash incentive calculations.
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for cash incentive claims to the relevant authorities, including export declarations, invoices, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with the production and commercial teams to collect required documentation for timely submission.
Maintain proper documentation for individual file.
Visit BKMEA/BTMA/Bank/Factory as and when required.
Collecting Cash BBTMEA from yarn supplier office.
Negotiations with Bank/CA Firm for all kinds of incentive fund and documents related issue.
Stay updated on latest government regulations regarding cash incentives and ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines.
